Welcome summer ’22 interns

We are excited to welcome 20 fresh faces to the team as part of this summer’s internship program in North America. The interns are placed across a wide range of teams and in different roles, from creative and industrial design to production, product management, strategy, account, and more.

Our Summer Internship Program runs from June 8 to August 5, 2022 and aims to foster the minds of the future who will ultimately develop and bring the freshest and most innovative ideas to life. The interns will get hands-on experience working with clients and cross-functional teams alike. They will also have the opportunity to build relationships with industry leaders, mentors, and peers and to participate in different learning sessions, focused topics like nailing an interview and building a network.

In addition to participating in client projects, the interns will also split into two teams and work together on Capstone project. Each team will pitch their final concept to leadership and the company at the end of the program.

Julia Marks, Account Intern (she/her/hers)
Julia is majoring in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at University of Pennsylvania and will be joining our T-Mobile Account Team. She’s a Memphis Grizzlies fan, loves a Shamrock Shake, and picked up tie-dying clothes as a quarantine hobby.

Noah Braverman, Account Intern (he/him/his)
Noah is a Marketing major with a minor in Emerging Technology in Business and Design at Miami University and will be joining our Retail Experience Team. He’s a Chicago Bulls fan, loves a Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddle, and picked up painting and graphic artwork as a quarantine hobby.

Madeline (Maddie) Williamson, Account Intern (she/her/hers) 
Maddie is majoring in Marketing and Management at the University of Wisconsin – Madison and will be joining our Portfolio Account Team. She’s a Chicago Cubs fan, loves McNuggets with Ranch, and picked up not one, not two, but three quarantine hobbies: running, cooking,  and playing the piano.

Billy Taylor, Account and Brand Partnerships Intern (he/him/his) 
Billy is a Political Science major at Colorado College and will be joining our Happy Meal Team. His favorite team is Brighton and Hove Albion, he loves a McDonald’s Apple Pie, and he bought his first Xbox during quarantine, which was dangerously time consuming.

Alyssa Ceballos, Creative Intern (she/her/hers)
Alyssa is an English and Creative Writing major at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and will be joining our McDonald’s Copywriting Team. She cheers for Chicago Fire, misses the long-discontinued Lemonade from McDonald’s, and during quaratine started a YouTube channel featuring vlogs and art videos.

Jaimie Leung, Creative Intern (she/her/hers)
Jaimie is double majoring in Advertising and Film & TV at Boston University. She’s joining our Retail Experience team. Though she isn’t a huge sports fan, Jaimie loves a McFlurry and picked up baking during quarantine.

Alex Patrascu, Creative Intern (she/her/hers)
Alex is majoring in Graphic Design at Chapman University and will be joining our Portfolio Creative Team and the T-Mobile Creative Team. Though she’s not much of a sports fan, she’s always listening to music and did pick up bookbinding as a quarantine hobby. She says a large McDonald’s Coke is “the backbone of her entire college career…there with her for so many late-night projects.”

Noah Zaroff, Creative Intern (he/him/his)
Noah is majoring in Creative Media Advertising at Indiana University and will be joining our Family Interactive Team. He’s a Minnesota Wild fan, loves the now-retired chicken McBites from McDonald’s, and spent his quarantine building out LEGO sets.

Kiara Tomlinson, Creative Intern (she/her/hers)
Kiara is majoring in Graphic Design at University of the Pacific and will be joining our Family Interactive Team as well. She’s a fan of the San Francisco 49ers and the Giants, loves a McChicken and hashbrowns, and started creating digital art and playing The Sims 4 during quarantine.

Krishna Kapade, Creative Intern (she/her/hers)
Krishna is majoring in Graphic Design and Visual Experience at Savannah College of Art and Design. She’s an Indian National Cricket Team fan, loves a McChicken and fries, and started cooking different dishes as a quarantine hobby.

Boyuan Lu, Business Analytics Intern (he/him/his)
Boyuan studies Management Information Systems at the University of Texas at Austin and will be joining our Analytics Team. Boyuan is a Texans fan, loves a Big Mac, and spent quarantine playing video games.

Kaelan Lestok, Marketing Operations Intern (she/her/hers)
Kaelan majors in Mathematics at DePauw University and will be joining our Marketing Operations Team. She’s a Seattle Sounders FC fan and loves a $1 Large Dr. Pepper from McDonald’s. Though she didn’t pick up a quarantine hobby, she did start working at Trader Joe’s fulltime then.

Ana Arauz, Promo Operations Intern (she/her/hers)
Ana studies Psychology at Florida State University. She’s a Chicago Bears fan, loves McNuggets with sweet and sour sauce, and spent time with her mom learning how to cook during quarantine.

Trevor Fearon, Strategy Intern (he/him/his) 
Trevor is majoring in Marketing at Loyola Marymount University and will be joining the Portfolio Strategy team. He’s a Chicago Cubs fan, loves a “10 piece McNug meal (with ranch obviously),” and caught up on tons of network TV during quarantine, like How to Get Away with Murder and Scandal.

Aiden Carlson, Strategy Intern (he/him/his)
Aiden majors in Marketing at Carthage College and will be joining our Retail Experience Team. He’s a Manchester United fan, loves a McDouble, and took many bike rides to pass the time in quarantine.

Jenna Yoo, Industrial Design Intern (she/her/hers) 
Jenna studies Industrial Design at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She’s an Illinois Basketball fan, loves a Quarter Pounder, and started running in quarantine.

Alex Babbington, Industrial Design Intern (he/him/his)
Alex also majors in Industrial Design at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. He’s a Chicago Bulls fan, loves a McChicken, and began 3D modeling as a quarantine hobby.

Josh Kim, Category Management Intern (he/him/his)
Josh is majoring in Business Administration at Babson College. He cheers for the Rams, Celtics, and Dodgers, loves 20-piece McNuggets with BBQ sauce, and started growing potatoes in his backyard during quarantine.

Danielle Guzman, Product Management Intern (she/her/hers)
Danielle studies Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University. She’s a Chicago Blackhawks fan who loves her McNuggets first dipped in BBQ sauce, then in Buffalo sauce. During quarantine, she made a full Thanksgiving feast in April and taught her parents TikTok dances.

Anusha Alamgir, Production Intern (she/her/hers) 
Anusha is majoring in Marketing at UT Dallas. She cheers for the Mercedes-AMG, Formula 1 Team, and the Pakistan Cricket Team, loves a McDonald’s vanilla ice cream cone with fries, and spent quarantine watching random but hilarious cultural TV shows with her family
